  • What's the difference between a notebook and a journal
    Overall, while notebooks and journals may have some similarities in terms of their physical characteristics, their main differences lie in their intended purpose and structure. Notebooks are more focused on getting things done and are used in public environments, while journals are more personal and used for self-reflection and achieving specific goals.
  • What are the different inner pages options?
    There are 4 different inner pages options for you to choose from: Plain Lined Dotted Plain These are blank pages with no printing on them except for page numbers. Plain notebook pages can be used for a variety of creative and organizational purposes. Lined The pages are lined, spaced 8mm apart like most standard notebook pages. Lined notebook pages are an excellent tool for writing neatly and staying organized, making them useful for a wide range of purposes, from studying and taking notes to recording everyday thoughts and ideas. Dotted These pages are printed with grey dots spaced 7mm apart. Dotted notebook pages are popular for their flexibility and versatility, and can be used for a wide range of purposes including planning, drawing, sketching, bullet journaling, and more.
  • How to personalise the cover design
    Once you've found the design you like, click on it. This will take you to the next page which will you give you more information about the product. Click on "Customize this design" button to start the cover designer. Once the cover designer opens: 1. Double click in a text frame to start editing the text. 2. To change the style/font: Click on the text you want to change and click on the font drop down in the top right, now choose your preferred font. 3. To change the colour of the font: Click on the text you want to change and then click on the color button in the top left, now select the new colour you prefer. 4. Once you have finished making your changes, click on the preview button in the top right corner. Here you will be able to see a 3D preview of how your notebook/journal will look. 5. Now select the type of inner pages you prefer and add to cart.
  • What is your Returns policy?
    At Paper Journals, we create all of our customised products as they are ordered, which helps us keep stock and returns to a minimum. This approach also reduces emissions from running large warehouses. Since our products are made specifically for each customer, we usually don't accept returns. But if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your order date, and we'll make things right. Simply email us at I've received a damaged or faulty order If you have received a damaged or faulty order, please inform us by emailing within 7 days of receiving your order along with photos. This will help us resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. If required, we may request for the item(s) to be returned. I've changed my mind about my order For personalised items ordered through our website, we produce them on-demand based on the custom text and formatting entered by you. Due to this, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been received without any significant faults and are as ordered.
  • If you already have your design
    If you have already designed your Corporate notebook cover and simply need it printed onto our books we can send you a template in Illustrator, InDesign or PDF. Once you have emailed this back to us with your design, our team will apply this to your notebook. We will send you a link to your Notebook which can then be ordered via the website!
